HoM points w/o Factions or Prophecies
I just wonder how many HoM points I will be able to gain without Factions or Prophecies, since I only got NF and EotN.
Don't count in stuff that costs alot since I am a newbie and only got around 40k in cash Thanks |

Step 1: go to the HoM calculator
Step 2: go to Demo Mode Step 3: for each monument check the statues/items you are able to achieve Step 4: see how many points you got! In short: it's possible to achieve more than 30 points, unlocking all items, but it's not possible to get 50 points. 45 is even possible, but would require maxing wisdom, treasure hunter, etc. No PvP titles required (except zaishen of course). -8 points (Devotion)
-7 points (Fellowship) -- lacking Imperial Phoenix -14 points (Honor) -- about 20 decently easy HoMable titles, about 29 available some of which are very difficult -7 points (Resilience) -- lacking Kurzick/Luxon -7 points (Valor) -- lacking Oppressor Can still pretty easily get 30. P.S. Get the Trilogy |

If you want to buy items from players (would need A LOT of money and time, as well): 45 points
Easy points (no buying from other players, but it needs armors and destroyer weapons + one torm weapon): 24-27 |

Oh yeah >_<.
Since the OP said no high-cost titles, I'd assume his best bet is to do all of the rep titles and completion titles in NF and GW:EN. Can get 5 titles/monuments from GW:EN, and 8-10 from NF depending on how much he can get done. Tack on a few for elite areas and he's nearing 20, which is probably all he's realistically going to get. So, OP, if I were you, I'd do all titles and monuments related to "100% completion" of GW:EN and NF, including Asura, Norn, Vanguard, and Dwarven rep, Master of the North, Elonian Protector/Guardian/Cartographer/Skill Hunter/Hero/Vanquisher, Sunspear, Lightbringer, and then the elite areas Domain of Anguish, Fissure of Woe, and the Underworld. Save as much as you can for weapons, minis, and armor, farm hero armors yourself, and you should be good to go. There are several account wide titles that are very easy to get into the HoM, Lucky and Unlucky, which you'll never max but can get in a weekend with a chunk of change. |

OP, with no minis, only the spider and animal statues, a full set of Destroyer weapons, no armors and only the playing the game titles, you can get 17 points. Without the weapons, you can get 12 points. Those are just "play the game" points. With some farming, you can add hero armors, weapons, elite armors and minis to easily get you to the 30 points you need for all the legacy items. That will require some farming though.

I realise that it doesn't make any difference since you can't get Olias, MOX and Zenmai, but is it for a non-faction account possible to buy the black moa and the imperial phoenix in the zaishen menagerie?

30/50 should be no problem...and since it's what everyones going for you won't feel to left out...
The pics have what I would personally do, I put them as links rather then actually putting them in for size reasons. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...tydevotion.png The minis you can just buy them soon their prices will be lower I would expect. I'd reccomend a moa chick and celestial tiger. They will probably be the cheapest. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...fellowship.png Fellowship...get a guildy to help you with the black widow just do the quest in vale it's quick and easy. (or at least I think it's vale I cant remember now) The hero armors themselve are horridly easy to farm and should not be a problem obtaining. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ilityhonor.png I tried to keep honor as light as possible. Titles for some people feel to grindy. And while yes I put in some of the grindiest. I think they are the easiest to acctually accomplish without spending much if anything. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...resilience.png Armors...Pretty straight forward...if you want to save money. Don't buy the headpeices you can save yourself 10k+ for each armor set that way. I left out vabbian even though I love it. Because it's to expensive for this purpose. Obby...lol. I really just could not think of a cheaper way to do the armors. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/i...ilityvalor.png I went heave on the destroyer weapons in valor. Thats really optional. The thought was you will probably get enough of the onyx and diamonds if you just go through most of the dungeons once or twice. The rest you can buy or keep going through dungeons till you have the onyx and what not. You can just buy an opressor weapon. Note that if you plan on buying rather then crafting the destroyer weapons you can check the prices. They may be cheaper at this point then destroyer weapons. Basically the money for everything you need will come as you do the titles for honor and as you play the game. While you only have 40k now doing all those titles. You should end up with enough for at least the armors. Remember to keep golds unid'd and sell them since you won't be getting max wisdom. You'll make more money that way. In an average casual evening farming (hey I gotta do something while watching movies) I can get 60k in unids. And thats just me casually farming. I don't really recommend farming as it's boring as RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO and not having all campaigns will make it hard but yeah you may need to do a little.
